Started in 2009 by the Andersen couple in Denmark. Denmark, a maritime nation, has a long history of knitwear, but in recent years, the industry has been declining due to a shortage of successors.
However, the Andersen couple wanted to carry on the traditional Danish knitwear culture, so they started production in the Jutland Peninsula of Denmark, while inheriting the traditional knitting methods.
Inspired by the designs of knitwear worn by sailors, fishermen, and hunters in Denmark, the knit can be worn either way, allowing busy sailors to wear it casually without worrying about the front or back.
