Item Description:
This cardigan is inspired by the famous mohair cardigan worn by Kurt Cobain in "MTV Unplugged in New York," with a touch of "WILD LIFE TAILOR's" unique playfulness while maintaining the original atmosphere.

【Material】
Analyzing 1960s mohair cardigans, we blended 【mohair】, 【acrylic】, 【nylon】 as the main components with 【wool】 to create a four-blend material that provides softness and depth.
It has a soft touch, but it's been fulled, resulting in a dense fabric that gives it a masculine, classic feel characteristic of WILD LIFE TAILOR, rather than a feminine one.
With 15% mohair, which has longer and finer fibers than wool, it offers a soft and smooth wearing experience.
Furthermore, the product has been brushed, resulting in a more expressive finish.
The special brushing creates a layer of air within the knit structure, providing high heat retention.

A relaxed sizing with a comfortable fit for adults, not overly oversized.
The slightly longer length allows it to be worn with various items underneath, such as shirts and T-shirts.
Since many vintage mohair cardigans are small, we've created a size that addresses this issue.

・Buttons
We've used nut buttons.
The warmth and soft feel of the natural material complements the long-haired texture.
Black buttons use a dark color, while the others are dyed slightly lighter, allowing the color to deepen with age.
・Pockets
We researched and replicated the pocket construction of 60's mohair cardigans.
We paid close attention to the balance, such as the way the pocket openings sag and the size proportions.
・Knit
We studied Kurt's reference materials and expressed the design with a birdseye jacquard weave.
It has a light feel yet a strong presence, and the brushing creates an outstandingly expressive appearance.
